General Catering Information
An event will not be considered booked until contract has been signed and returned to Waldo’s BBQ along with a deposit of 50% of the contract amount.
Waldo’s BBQ charges sales tax of 8.3%.
Waldo’s BBQ offers volume discounts. Please speak with a catering specialist for guidelines and requirements.
Deposits are refundable with a 7 day cancellation.
Guest count is considered final three Business days prior to event.
Events may be rescheduled due to inclement weather within 30 days of your original date.
The contract price is based on the stated estimate of participants, and the stated contract price will be due and payable notwithstanding actual participation.
We can secure your rental needs for tables, chairs, tents, etc.
Waldo’s BBQ charges $2.00 per mile over 50 miles round trip.
Tips for catering are never expected, but they are certainly appreciated!
Payment methods accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Checks, or Cash.
Full Service Events
Full service events require an additional 20% service charge ($150 minimum).
Going green? Eco-friendly plate and smallware option available for .50/person.
Full service events are allotted 1 hour for serving. Additional time can be negotiated.
Set up is completed approximately 10 minutes prior to the contracted start time.
Final payment method shall be arranged prior to your event date but will be due by the start of your event.
